Grammy-nominated rapper Olamide has unveiled his highly anticipated self-titled album, which debuted on June 19, 2025. The 17-track project highlights his longevity and continued relevance in the ever-evolving music scene.
The album boasts a powerful lineup of Nigerian and international stars, including Wizkid, Asake, Seyi Vibez, Young Jonn, BOJ, SPINALL, and Darkoo.

It also features global heavyweights such as Jamaican sensation Popcaan, Latino artist Daecolm, and iconic American producer Dr. Dre.

Before the album dropped, Olamide teased fans with two singles — ‘Kai’ featuring Wizkid, and the latest, ‘99’, which brings together Asake, Seyi Vibez, Young Jonn, and Daecolm. The collaboration with Wizkid, who appears twice on the album, adds another chapter to their decade-long creative partnership.
This marks Olamide’s 11th solo effort, following his previous project Ikigai, which included fan favourites like ‘Metaverse’, ‘Habibi’, and ‘Uptown Disco’ with Asake and Fireboy.

Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Mr Tokunbo Wahab, announced the decision on Thursday after leading an inspection team to the facility. He expressed deep concern over the state of the abattoir and the actions of its operators.
