Ahead the forthcoming Ondo state gubernatorial election slated for October 10, Saturday, Allen Sowore, Media Aide to Ondo State Deputy Governor and Governorship candidate of the Zenith Labour Party (ZLP) “Agboola Ajayi” has been attacked by suspected thugs of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Allen Sowore, who is also one of the brothers of Omoyele Sowore, the convener of #RevolutionNow, was reportedly attacked by the APC loyal thugs briefly after a Peace Accord signed by candidates of the various political parties participating in the forthcoming guber election.

Sowore was attacked alongside a yet-to-be-identified supporter of his Boss, whose clothes was torn by the APC suspected thugs.

The attack took place at the DOME in the state’s capital, Akure, where the peace meeting held.

Daily Report Nigeria, had earlier reported that the incumbent Governor and candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Rotimi Akeredolu, Peoples Democratic Party candidate, Eyitayo Jegede, Agboola Ajayi, and others had signed the Peace Accord facilitated by the National Peace Committee.
