Victor Osimhen has been impressive this season, and has been nominated for the UEFA Champions League Player of the week award.
Osimhen, 24, found the net twice in Napoli’s 3-0 win over Eintracht Frankfurt at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium on Wednesday night.
The Nigerian has scored four goals in five outings this season in the Champions League, Osimhen was also named Man of the Match after the game.
Manchester City forward, Erling Haaland is also in the running for the Award also, He scored five goals in City’s 7-0 rout of RB Leipzig on Tuesday night.
Real Madrid’s Karim Benzema and AC Milan midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu are the two other players nominated.
