The lawmaker representing Burutu Federal Constituency in the Federal House of Representatives, Julius Pondi has described the Deputy Governor of Delta State, Kingsley Otuaro as a true Deltan.
In congratulatory message commemorating Otuaro’s 54th birthday, Pondi said the revered peace advocate is a true Ijaw man.
He particularly commended Otuaro for consistently showing up to the occasion when called upon.
