The immediate-past Deputy Governor of Delta State, Kingsley Otuaro has congratulated Emomotimi Guwor on his emergence as Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly.
Daily Report Nigeria reports that Guwor was elected Speaker of the 8th assembly of Delta State without opposition on Tuesday.
In a congratulatory message on Wednesday, Otuaro also extended congratulations to the lawmaker representing Warri Federal Constituency, Thomas Ereyitomi.

Otuaro said;
