A teacher in Rivers state has sparked outrage online after he allegedly brutalised a female student for failing to submit an assignment.
A twitter user who shared photos of the brutalized student and the teacher stated that the alleged incident occurred in Emouha, Rivers state.
She tweeted;

“Her parent should be reporting the matter to the school authority by tomorrow.”
