The Ondo State House of Assembly, was raided on Monday morning by some political thugs, causing panic around the area.
The thugs were seen at the main gate of the Assembly complex with fleet of their vehicles parked along the road leading to the complex, they were numbering over 100.
It was gathered that the presence of the political thugs was not unconnected with the enmity within members of the state Assembly as some lawmakers were alleged to be the target of the thugs.

However, the state police command were said to have prevented the hoodlums from entering into the complex, mounting barricades at the entrance of the complex and examining whoever was going in and out of the Assembly complex.
