Passengers Escape Death As Two Vehicles Plunge Into Swamp In Enugu

Some passengers have walked out unhurt from an accident that occurred along Nike-Opi Road in Enugu State.

According to reports, the two vehicles, a commercial bus, and a Corolla car plunged into a swamp on Friday evening, August 26, 2022.

An eyewitness, Abugu Ferdinand said;

“This accident happened this evening along the Nike -Opi road, around Ekwegbe. The bus was coming back from a burial at Alor Uno or so, the bus belongs to EFAC UNEC. The Corolla car seems to have lost control while avoiding a porthole and hit the bus and both of them entered the swamp. Thank God no life was lost as all the passengers were rescued.”
