Pastor Bolaji Idowu, the senior pastor of Harvesters Church in the UK, donated the sum of £500 each to single mothers who attended his church.
Idowu made the donation after he offered to pray for the women during a church program in London.
He explained the money was to assist the women who struggle to pay their house rents.
This was after he called on single mothers to indicate by raising their hands. When they did, he revealed they would be given the cash in an envelope while going home.
