Paul Doyle charged again after the May 26 Liverpool parade, as prosecutors added 24 new counts on Thursday lifting the total to 31.

The update follows an incident in which a car drove into crowds celebrating the club’s Premier League win.
Doyle appeared by videolink from prison and showed visible emotion in court.
Merseyside Police say a Ford Galaxy Titanium hit people leaving the waterfront, injuring 134.
The new charges cover 29 victims, aged from six months to 77 years; six counts relate to children, including two infants.
Originally charged with seven offences including dangerous driving and causing grievous bodily harm with intent, prosecutors expanded the indictment.
He now faces 19 counts of attempted grievous bodily harm, three counts of wounding with intent and one count of affray.
Meanwhile, investigators continue to examine motive and circumstances.
Doyle, a father of three from Croxteth, did not enter a plea during the roughly 20-minute hearing, which victims’ relatives and press attended.
Judge Andrew Menary adjourned the case until September 4 for plea hearings.
A provisional trial date sits on November 24 and is expected to run three to four weeks.
