PDP Appoints Ayetolo New Burutu Secretary

A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, Mr. Johny Bibobra Ayetolo, has been appointed secretary of the party in Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State.

Ayetolo’s appointment is sequel to the resignation of Mr. Clement Ereide, who decamped to the All Progressives Congress last week.

Ayetolo, a retired civil servant was presented to the executives and members of the party by the PDP Burutu Chairman, Ebike Oromoni on Wednesday.

According to Oromoni, Ayetolo has consistently demonstrated commitment to the PDP in the past, adding that he has no doubt in the capabilities of the new secretary to deliver.

He charged the new secretary to brace up for the challenges ahead especially as the 2023 elections are by the door.

Reacting, Ayetolo assured the executives and members of the party of a fresh commitment while promising to optimally deliver the duty entrusted him.

He said;

“I want to say thank you to this great party for the privilege to serve. I promise that my commitment to the PDP has been doubled by this gesture.

“I’ll leave no Ssone unturned in ensuring that my entrusted duties are discharged optimally.”
