Peter Agboghoroma, Ward 7 Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party in Sapele local government area, Delta State, is dead.
The deceased, popularly known as Okponughari, is said to have died from alleged food poisoning.
Daily Report Nigeria gathered that Okponughari died shortly after returning from a party on Sunday, leading to suspicions by his family members that he was poisoned.

Doctors at the hospital he was rushed to pronounced him dead on arrival, saying he died of cardiac arrest.
The family members, however, insisted that the deceased was poisoned at the party he was invited to by a friend.
Okponughari is said to have died after vomiting white foam, leading to another suggestion that he may have died a High Blood Pressure.
Faithfuls of the PDP in the area have since thronged his compound for condolence visits.
