Initial discussions between Gundogan’s representatives and City have already begun. Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano shared on X that Guardiola has approved the potential return of Gundogan.

Romano noted, “Pep wants Gundogan back, and talks are underway with his representatives. The decision is now up to Gundogan, who also has offers from Saudi Arabia and Qatar.”
