Petr Cech, the former goalkeeper for Chelsea, has expressed his belief that Arsenal has what it takes to finally secure the Premier League title this season.
The Gunners’ last triumph in the league dates back to 2004 when Arsene Wenger’s legendary team went undefeated throughout the entire campaign.
Although Mikel Arteta’s squad made significant strides last season, coming close to challenging Manchester City but falling short by five points, Cech remains optimistic about their chances this time around.

As of now, Arsenal finds themselves trailing league leaders Liverpool by a mere two points, keeping the title race wide open. Reflecting on his time spent at Arsenal after departing from Chelsea, Cech shared his thoughts during an appearance on Monday Night Football.
“At this moment, I think Arsenal.
“This season? I think this season will be very close but I actually think Arsenal might do it.”
