Nigerian singing sensation, Ayra Starr, alongside music producer, Pheelz have been nominated for the forthcoming 2022 BET Awards.
The duo were nominated under the category of Best New International Act, also know as the Viewer’s Choice Best New International Act award
The award is set to be presented on June 27 during the BET awards which also has Nigerian superstar singers; Tems, Fireboy DML and Wizkid as nominees.

The announcement was made on BET official social media page on June 7.
It wrote;
