Amaju Pinnick, the former president of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has reportedly sued Nigerian musician, Davido for breach of contract.
Pinnick demanded a public apology from Davido on his social media accounts for four consecutive days, N2.3 billion in damages, and an additional N30 million to cover the cost of bringing the lawsuit.
The Ex-NFF Boss also sought an injunction to prevent Davido from performing at any show or event in Nigeria until he refunds the payment he received. The lawsuit was filed before a high court in Effurun, Delta State.
The lawsuit stemmed from an alleged breach of contract by Davido, who was scheduled to perform at the 19th edition of the “Warri Again Concert” in Delta on October 6, 2023.
