Operatives of the Ogun state police command have secured the arrest of a notorious kidnapper and serial killer.

The police command have arrested one Ogunnaike Phillips for numerous crimes including rape, serial killing amongst others.
The Ogun state police command have arrested a man, Ogunnaike Phillips. 29 for allegedly raping and matchetting a 17-year-old girl, Habeebah Akinsanya.
Daily Report Nigeria gathers that the suspect had raped and killed the suspect at her father’s farm around Mile 6 area.
Confirming the arrest, the state commissioner of police, Abiodun Alamutu said the suspect had committed the crimes in the same pattern to three other victims, and buried their remains in the bush.
Upon interrogation, the suspect took the police to the place he buried the other victims – Asero estate in Abeokuta, Itori in Ewekoro and Mile 6, along Ajebo road in Obafemi Owode local government,
He said the other victims are Abigail Dina aged 22 and Mary Ogunyemi, aged 23.

Speaking to newsmen, the suspect demanded for the death penalty, adding his accomplice enlisted him into the crime.
“I don’t want the government to do anything for me, me and Danjuma and those cultist members, once they catch us, if they want to give us judgment, they should just kill us. Because they are the ones who led me to these stupid things” he said.
Alamutu, further stated that the suspect would be charged to court accordingly and he’ll make sure justice is served.
