The lawmaker representing Burutu Federal Constituency, Julius Pondi has congratulated the Chairman of Burutu Council, Godknows Angele on his nomination as a commissioner designate.
Daily Report Nigeria reports that Angele was nominated alongside 25 others in a commissioners list sent to the Delta State Assembly for confirmation by Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.
In a congratulatory message on Thursday, Pondi described Angele’s nomination as a ‘well deserved’ one.
According to the lawmaker, the nomination is a testament to of Angele’s work ethic before and during the 2023 general elections.
