The General overseer of God’s House of Refuge, Uyo, Akwa Ibom state,
Pastor Ezekiel Atang, is dead.

The clergyman died on Monday evening after he went into coma.

Jonathan Atang, a brother to Pastor Ezekiel confirmed the news on Monday night with a cryptic Facebook post which he later deleted.

Pastor Atang who died at 49 is an indigene of Ikot Udota in Eket local government area of Akwa Ibom state, and he served under the ministry of a spiritual mentor for fifteen years before starting his own, precisely on the 16th of April 2006.

Atang was an international relationship expert, author and speaker and also the founder/CEO of Fresh Wine for Couples International.

Pastor Atang is survived by wife, Dr. Dara who pastors with him in the ministry and their union is blessed with 3 children, Levi, Olive and Ephraim.
