Laide had earlier posted a video on her Instagram page, urging those appealing on Portable’s behalf to stop.

She claimed the singer was still acting out of line and deserved to face the consequences of his actions.

In her words, “To everyone pleading on his behalf, pls stop, you can see he is not behaving. @portablebaeby needs more than he asked from me. And it is time to collect. @laide.bakarehub also deserve justice, pls.”
Reacting in the comment section, Portable fired back, accusing her of using his name for attention.
He wrote, “You just wan use me trend. Na you go do interview say your brother na werey. He no go better for you people wey dey enter you online. Why you no fit drag them? Who dey come sef dey fear. Just because you call me for show I no come. You drag me, I drag you.”
