Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, known as Portable, has returned to the studio after being released from police custody following a dispute with a car dealer over an unpaid debt for his G-Wagon SUV.

On Thursday, Portable shared a poster announcing his upcoming song titled “Spiderman.”

The title of the song seems to reference Portable’s agility, demonstrated when he attempted to escape arrest by jumping over an iron gate before ultimately being apprehended.

The song plays on the singer’s ability to “fly” over obstacles, reminiscent of his escape attempt captured in a viral video where he scaled a gate and fled.

After spending 24 hours in custody, the “Zazuu” crooner was released after meeting the bail conditions.

Tuesday’s incident adds to Portable’s history of controversial events.
