Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin has apologized to God and his members after fire engulfed his Mercy City church building some days ago.
The billionaire General Overseer of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministries, in his apology speech said the church auditorium got burnt due to his stubbornness and disobedience to God’s instructions.
According to him, God had instructed him to build His Church for worship but he had disobeyed the instruction.

Prophet Fufeyin made the apology on Sunday March 26, urging members all over the world not to feel bad but put their faith on God’s word and pray for mercy on his behalf and the ministry.
He announced that he has appealed to God to put off the fire that razed the Partners Hall on March 21, which lasted for barely 25 minutes with no casualties recorded.
He said the inferno destroyed equipment and facilities worth billions of Naira, adding that all the offices in the building were not torched by the fire incident.
To the minister, this indicted a great warning for him to hearken to God’s instructions to build His main auditorium.
Fufuyin said a man that disobeys God will face penalty, noting that every man in life must pass through trials to get to the next level in life, charging members not to be afraid of trials and temptation, especially the ones that won’t take their life.
The Christ MercyLand Deliverance Ministries General Overseer further promised to yield to God’s instructions and commands to build His main worship auditorium Church henceforth.
The Prophet vowed to do this before embarking on any other projects in the Arena, saying that the construction of the main church will commence in June 2023 and would be completed without further delay.
The Man Of God declared that the fire outbreak will only make the church and members come out stronger.
Prophet Fufeyin spoke these word while dwelling a sermon titled ‘The Trial of God referred to Job, Moses, Jonah and others who suffered from trials and temptation in Bible.’
In the end, he encouraged other ministers whom God has instructed to do carry out certain tasks to go ahead without disobedience and stubbornness.
