PSG to Announce New Manager After Pochettino Sacking

PSG has officially parted ways with Mauricio Pochettino after an 18 months spell in charge of the club.

The Spanish manager won the Ligue 1 title last season but also oversaw a disappointing exit from the Champions League in the last 16 at the hands of Real Madrid.

The club have been working to finalize the appointment of a new coach for several weeks but no move was finalized, while Pochettino was sacked on Tuesday.

However, the French giant have called a press conference scheduled to hold later today amid reports that Christophe Galtier is set to be announced as the French champions’ new coach, replacing Mauricio Pochettino.
