Netizens have reacted differently after a Celestial Church of Christ (CCC) invited renowned Fuji musician, Wasiu Alabi Pasuma, and Habib Okikiola, AKA, Portable to perform at a praise night event.
The church, Land of Goshen Cathedral, located in the Kosofe area of Lagos posted a flyer of the event via its Facebook page.
It further said:
ATTENTION: Click “HERE” to join our WhatsApp group and receive News updates directly on your WhatsApp!
“JOIN US ON 15th OF DEC, 2023. As We Celebrate our 7th Year Anniversary on Our ANKARA/PRAISE NIGHT
“Performing: ALHAJI WASIU ALABI PASUMA a.k.a. Oganla, HABEEB OLALOMI a.k.a Portable, MAY-SHUA, EVANG. SUNDAY GP a.k.a De Governor.”
Some Facebook users however saw the decision as inappropriate.
