Rema Celebrates 4 Years in Music Industry

Popular Nigerian singer and songwriter, Divine Ikubor AKA, Rema is 4 years old in Nigeria’s secular music industry.

The singer announced March 23 as his 4th anniversary in the music industry while sharing photos of himself on Instagram.

He said:

4 years in the game, so many records to my name, catalogue insane, thanks for sticking w my crazy as now let’s go AGAIN!”

His career began in 2019 when he released his debut single, “Iron Man.”

After the gained traction online, he signed a record deal with Jonzing World, a subsidiary of Mavin, in 2019.

That same year, he released his EP REMA which featured the hit single “Dumebi.”

He subsequently released hit songs like Calm Down, Soundgasm, and Bounce.

Other songs by Benin-born-rapper were: Holiday, Won Da Mo, Chapter X, Ginger Me, 44, Woman, Are You There, Corny, Wine, Bad Commando, Lady, and many more.

The multi-award-winning Afrobeats singer was born on May 1, 2000.
