Calm Down tops MENA Charts

Rema, a Nigerian singer has achieved a historic feat with his global hit song: Calm Down.

According to the statement, Rema secured the first-ever official MENA Chart by debuting at No.1 when it was launched by the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) on November 29, 2022.

The song remained at the top of the chart for over two months, cementing Rema’s place in history.

Rema’s achievement was significant, and it placed him in the company of other Nigerian musicians such as Femi Kuti and Wizkid, who have also received recognition from Guinness World Records.
