Reno Omokri Releases Tribute Song to #ENDSARS, Kaduna Victims

Popular socialite, Reno Omokri has released a tribute song to those who died during the infamous #ENDSARS protests across the country.

In an Instagram reel posted on Wednesday morning, Reno also dedicated the song to Southern Kaduna casualties.

“A song I co-wrote and produced in honor of #ENDSARS and S. Kaduna casualties,” the former presidential aide wrote.

Daily Report Nigeria can recall that October 20,2020 marked the highlight of the #ENDSARS protests against police brutality and torture in the country.

According to female disk jockey, DJ Switch, at least 15 armless youths were shot dead by operatives of the Nigerian Army while singing the national anthem at the protest venue.

Popular rapper, Falz and skit comedian, Mr Macaroni both announced a car procession in honor of the victims as part of activities to mark the one year anniversary of the Lekki Tollgate massacre.

Meanwhile, operatives of the Lagos Police Command have arrested some protesters ay the Lekki Tollgate earlier on Wednesday.
