A Delta Chief, Emmanuel Gure has been shot dead by unknown gunmen at Okwagbe community in the Ughelli South Local Government Area, Delta State.
Daily Report Nigeria gathered that he was shot dead on Sunday, January 9, at his residence in Okwagbe.
The gunmen were said to have invaded his home and opened fire on him, killing him instantly.
Delta State Police Command’s spokesman, DSP Edafe Bright, comfirming the incident said there is no detail information yet.
“I just got confirmation, but no details yet,” he said.
