Residents Scoop Fuel From Fallen Tanker In Cross River [VIDEO]

A disturbing video has been making rounds online, showing a group of people scooping fuel from a fallen taker.

In the video, residents of Akamkpa area of Cross River State could be seen rushing to a fallen tanker with different kegs and buckets.

The locals could be seen scooping and siphoning fuel from the tanker.
