Atlanta rapper Rich Homie Quan, whose real name was Dequantes Devontay Lamar, has passed away at the age of 34.
The Fulton County Medical Examiner confirmed his death. According to reports from TMZ, Quan was found unresponsive on the couch by his girlfriend, who immediately called 911 after noticing he was foaming at the mouth.
Rich Homie Quan gained fame in 2013 with his hit single “Type of Way,” which quickly became a classic. He continued to build his career with popular tracks like “Flex (Ooh, Ooh, Ooh)” and “Ride Out.” Over the years, he collaborated with well-known artists such as 2 Chainz, Young Thug, Gucci Mane, and Trinidad James.
