Ruger Expresses Regret Over Body-Shaming BNXN in Past Feud

In a recent appearance on the Bahd And Boujee Podcast hosted by reality star Tolanibaj and actress Moet Abebe, singer Michael Adebayo Olayinka, better known as Ruger, opened up about his regret over body-shaming his colleague, BNXN, formerly known as Buju, during their social media feud back in 2022.

Expressing remorse for his past actions, Ruger acknowledged his mistake, stating,

“I feel bad that I body-shamed (Buju), I regret it.”

Despite their previous clash, Ruger and BNXN have since buried the hatchet, particularly after Ruger’s departure from his former record label, D’Prince’s Jonzing World, to establish his own imprint, Blown Boy Entertainment. Their reconciliation was evident when they collaborated on a new song titled “Romeo Must Die.”
