New confirmations on th death of the Special Adviser to the Delta State governor, Shimite Bello Love, has revealed she died from poisoning.
Daily Report Nigeria recalls Mrs. Shumite was reported dead on Easter Sunday, following alleged domestic violence.
Her husband, David Favour Love, a pastor was arrested for interrogations and questioning.
In latest news, a family source who pleaded anonymity disclosed that Shimite was in perfect conditions a day before her death, but a maid called her brother that her husband had locked her indoor all day.
“I spoke with her for over an hour on Saturday. She was vibrant and told me about a meeting and had earlier attended. Nothing was wrong with her.
“On Sunday, I sent her Easter messages, but she didn’t reply which was unusual.”
However, when her brother hit to her house, he found her lifeless with foam coming out of her mouth.
She was subsequently rushed to the hospital where she was confirmed dead on arrival.
More details coming shortly, as the Delay state police command is yet to comment on the incident.
