Sally Suleiman, a Nigerian media personality revealed that she spent over N500,000 to attend a wedding in Lagos.
The humanitarian disclosed this on the microblogging App, Twitter.
Giving a breakdown, she said:
“I always wondered until I attended one: Asoebi: 50k Sewing: 100k Flight: Over 150k Hotel: 150k Gele tying: 15k Makeup: 45k I didn’t include accessories, shoes and bags, logistics in Lagos. Lol.

It’s expensive. You would spend a minimum of 600k-3m attending an event. I can only do once or twice a year. Because it is expensive.”
BBNaija star, Erica Nlewedim then reacted to the post and announced that she spends more than the said amount, hence her reason for not attending all events except work-related or for family and friends.
