Security Operatives Foil Bombing Attempt at Plateau Bank

An attempted bombing incident occurred on Monday, May 13, at a bank in Dadin Kowa town, Jos South, Plateau State.

Reports stated that a yet-to-be-identified man allegedly tried to detonate a bomb within the bank premises, but was caught by a group of men.

According to security analyst Zagazola Makama, the vigilante security at the bank foiled the attack after noticing the suspect.

Makama added that a mob subsequently attacked the suspect, demanding his execution.

However, it is unclear if the suspect has any ties to terrorist organizations in the country.

It was revealed that the suspected has been taken into police custody for further investigation.
