Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has disclosed it will sue President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration over the plan to borrow N2 trillion.

SERAP made this known in a post on its official Twitter account.

The group tweeted: “We’re suing President Buhari and his administration over yet another plan to borrow N2 trillion despite the N33 trillion debt burden facing Nigeria.

“Persistent borrowing is antithetical to the constitutional oath of office. We’ll see them in court to end the debt crisis.
