Santos forward Kaio Jorge is on the verge of a move to Turin side, Juventus as he is seen as the next Neymar.
According to Goal, the former champions have agreed on a deal with Santos. The teenager’s contract will terminate at the end of 2021. He could be on the move to Italy as soon as possible, likely Thursday, to complete his switch to the Turin side.

What is the worth of Kaio Jorge?
In his last year at Santos, it means he will be leaving for nothing come to the end of December 2021. It is clearly in favor of Juventus, as Santos will want to cash in on him or risk losing him for free.
It is understood the Old Lady will pay a fee in the region of €3 million as an initial fee for Jorge, which amounts to half of which will be paid this year and the rest in 2022.
Neymar’s former club will gain 5 percent in the future sale of the player and is insisting on the first refusal on a loan deal should he decide to return to Brazil.
Benfica is interested in the 19-year old, but as it stands, Juve is in pole position to snatch the player who is keen to join the Italian side.

Is Kaio Jorge the ‘New’ Neymar from Santos?
Born in Olinda, Pernambuco, he joined the Peixe side at the age of ten(10) and has played his entire football career at the black and white club.
He had his first-team appearance at 16-years old under former coach Cuca and later won the Bronze Boot at the Under-17 World Cup the following, where Brazil was crowned champions.
He came to the limelight in 2020, in which Santos made it to the finals of the Copa Libertadores but was beaten by Palmeiras. He was the highest club’s goal scorer in the tournament, scoring five goals in twelve matches.
On his Copa Libertadores debut, he scored a magnificent goal.
