Seun Kuti has been released from police custody.
Daily Report Nigeria reports that the Afrobeat singer was arraigned after turning himself in for slapping a police officer.
The son of late music legend, Fela Kuti was on Tuesday released from police custody after meeting his bail conditions.
This was confirmed on Tuesday night by his attorney, Adeyinka Olumide-Fusika, SAN.

“Yes, Ṣeun Kuti was released minutes ago,” he said
Seun’s release was also confirmed by foremost activist and presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore, who took to Twitter to say;
“Just to announce that @RealSeunKuti has been released from @PoliceNG detention in Lagos. Hasta la victoria siempre!”
