A chieftain of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Shehu Sani, has lambasted Emirates Airlines for suspending air flights to Nigeria.
Sani, a Former Kaduna Central Senator said the Emirates flight fares are too expensive.
He disclosed this in a tweet via his Twitter handle on Thursday, adding that the airline company can go if it wishes to.

Sani wrote: “Emirates can go if they want to, their fare is too expensive: patronise our Onyema’s Air peace or any local Airline operating international flights.”
This is coming after Emirates airline in a statement on Thursday morning announced that it would suspend flights from Nigeria effective September 1, 2022, over its about $85 million blocked in Nigeria.
