Korra Obidi shared the harrowing experience on her official Instagram account on Thursday, April 11, 2024, revealing that the attack took place during a live stream.
In a video posted by Obidi, she can be heard asking for Coke to alleviate the burning sensation on her face caused by the attack.
The livestream footage captured Korra Obidi visibly distressed, urgently washing her face with a Coca-Cola beverage, likely attempting to neutralize the effects of an acid attack.

During the video, two uniformed officers arrived on the scene, with one applying a liquid solution to her face, presumably to alleviate the pain. The other officer was seen administering first aid by spraying her back.
In a caption accompanying the disturbing video, Obidi appealed to the public for any information that could help identify and apprehend her attacker.
She described the assailant as a black female approximately five feet tall. Korra also disclosed that she had faced hateful comments online in the past, but this physical assault serves as a stark wake-up call.
“Currently in an ambulance to the hospital, there was a knife, acid attack on me in the UK in the middle of a live stream. There’s been a lot of hate in the past but this physical assault is a wakeup call.”
