Nigerian forward Sodiq Awujoola has signed with Egyptian Premier League club Pyramids FC.
Awujoola made the switch from Ceramica Cleopatra, another Egyptian side, joining Pyramids on a season-long loan with an option to buy.

As part of the deal, Mahmoud Zalaka and Fagrie Lakay moved to Ceramica Cleopatra. Sodiq Awujoola, a versatile forward, had only joined Ceramica from Smouha at the start of the previous season.
During his time with Ceramica Cleopatra, the 23-year-old impressed by scoring 12 goals and providing 11 assists. He also played a key role in helping the team win the Egyptian League Cup, defeating Tala’ea El Gaish in the final.
