Engr Victor Ebikonde Sokoto has congratulated his boss, Dr. Dennis Otuaro following his appointment as Sole Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Program.
Daily Report Nigeria reports that Otuaro’s appointment is sequel to the expiration of tenure of Gen. Maj. Barry Ndiomu.
In a terse congratulatory message on Friday, Sokoto expressed confidence in Otuaro’s abilities to oversee the program.
