Actor Victor Osuagwu has taken to his Instagram account to react to viral video of a clergyman who was spotted flogging his members on their butt.

In the video, the members, all adult male and female, filed out and laid on the altar as the clergyman and his second in command flogged them on the butts with a belts.

However, the offence or reason for the act was not stated.

Reacting via his Instagram page, Victor wrote;
