The bet was captured in a video shared earlier on Zlatan’s Instagram, where each had wagered $10,000 in favor of their respective teams — Soberekon for England and Zlatan for Spain.
Spain secured their victory with a 2-1 scoreline against England. The match saw Spain taking the lead early in the second half, followed by an equalizer from England’s Cole Palmer in the 73rd minute. However, Spain ultimately sealed their win with a goal from Mikel Oyarzabal in the 86th minute.
Following the match’s outcome, Soso Soberekon reacted on his Instagram story by posting a crying emoji, indicating his disappointment over losing the bet to Zlatan.
