Police in South Sudan announced that they have nabbed a cow for the murder of a 12-year-old boy.
The authorities confirmed the arrest of the cow along with its owner.
The mammal reportedly attacked the minor close to a farm in the Lakes State.
Reports stated that the child died instantly owing to the intensity of the attack.
Major Elijah Mabor, a South Sudanese police spokesman also confirmed the arrest.
He said:
“The bull is now under arrest at a police station in Rumbek Central County.
“The boy was taken to hospital for post-mortem and he was taken home for burial.”
