Strike: Industrial Court Summons ASUU, FG

The National Industrial Court, NIC, has asked for the Federal Government and the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, to appear before it on Monday in Abuja over the lingering strike embarked on by the union on February 14, 2022.

This came after the Federal Government dragged the striking union to court over their disagreement.

The government told the court to order ASUU to call off the strike which has stopped academic activities of public universities for eight months.
