Nigeria will meet Venezuela at Shell Stadium in Houston, Texas, on Friday, 14 November 2025.

Super Eagles Set for Venezuela and Colombia Friendlies

The match kicks off at 8:00pm Texas time — 1:00am in Nigeria — so fans should plan for late-night coverage.

Then the Super Eagles travel to New York to face the Los Cafeteros at Citi Field in Flushing Meadows, Queens, on Tuesday, 18 November 2025.

Kick-off there reads 1:00am Nigerian time. These two games will give coach Eric Chelle the chance to test players and sharpen tactics ahead of Morocco.

Importantly, Chelle will use the matches to blend experience with fresh talent as he locks down his AFCON squad.

Playing in U.S. venues will deliver a neutral but hostile atmosphere that should toughen the team both physically and mentally.
