Super Falcons head coach Madugu arrived at the Bachama Kingdom palace in Numan, Adamawa State, where His Royal Majesty Daniel Shaga Ismaila conferred the title Nzo’vwapatu Bachama on him.

Madugu earned this honour after he guided Nigeria’s women’s national team to a record 10th Women’s Africa Cup of Nations title with a 3–2 win over Morocco last Sunday.

After the ceremony, Governor Ahmadu Fintiri welcomed Madugu to Government House and presented him with ₦50 million plus the keys to a new three-bedroom apartment.
