Supporter Slumps, Dies at APC National Convention

A die-hard supporter of the All Progressives Congress on Saturday, collapsed and died during the National Convention of the party in Abuja.

The deceased was reportedly headed for the Eagle Square, the venue of the occasion, when he slumped and died thereafter.

Sources said the deceased first complained about dizziness before collapsing to the floor.

Witnesses said many of the party’s supporters tried to resuscitate the dying man in futility.

The remains of the decrease was later covered and taken away by persons led by security operatives.
