Sweden Denies Sex Sport Claims

Facts About The European Sex Championship

The recent reports claiming that Sweden has recognised sex as a sport have been categorically denied by the Swedish Sports Confederation.

Anna Setzman, the spokesperson for the organisation stated that it was false information aimed at smearing Swedish sports and the country.

Setzman clarified that an individual claiming to be a member of a sex federation had applied for membership, but the application was rejected in May.

The man behind previous sex battle reports was identified as Dragan Bratic, who owned several strip clubs and wanted sex to be classified as a sport.

She said Bratic some time in January submitted an application to become a member of the confederation.

However, she affirmed that there was no sex federation that was a member of the Swedish Sports Confederation.

The spokesperson said:

There is no Sex Federation that is a member of the Swedish Sports Confederation.

“It is false information with the aim of smearing Swedish sports and Sweden.

“The Swedish Sports Confederation has drawn attention to the fact that in some parts of the international media, the news is currently being spread that a sex federation has become a member of the Swedish Sports Confederation.”

Earlier, it was said that Sweden had officially declared sex as a sport and is all set to host its first-ever sex competition on June 8.

The European Sex Championship had been set to endure over a period of six weeks, with participants engaging in sexual activities from forty five minutes to one hour daily, depending upon the duration of their matches.

Previous reports had stated that the winners of the sex competition would be decided by a panel of judges and the audience will also influence the final decisions.
