Nottingham Forest manager Nuno Espirito Santo has disclosed that Taiwo Awoniyi is participating in partial training sessions with his teammates.
Awoniyi is currently on the path to recovery from a thigh injury he sustained last month, which has sidelined him for Nottingham Forest’s last five Premier League matches.
There is optimism that the Nigeria international will be fully fit and available for selection before the conclusion of the season. Santo affirmed that Awoniyi’s recovery from the injury is progressing well.

“Taiwo hasn’t joined the group yet. He is still partially integrated into the group,” Santo stated ahead of his side’s trip to Everton this weekend.
